Q: DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY OR GUARANTEE?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase after shipping and receiving your item, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund of merchandise cost as long as the furniture is in fully resalable condition (no stains, no damage, no abuse). All returns must have its original packaging with freight prepaid and insured. All furniture and accessory returns will be assessed the industry standard 25% restocking fee. Area rugs have a 0% restock fee. Returns must be made within 15 days of "Return Authorization" date. If another item was bundled with your purchase, you must return this bundled item as well. If bundled item is not returned, the client will be refunded less the sale price of the bundled item.

Exceptions: Custom/special orders are non-refundable / non-cancelable.

Any returns MUST BE NOTED, with a full description, on the front of the manifest or bill of lading in order to be recognized as valid. Prior to any returns, customer must contact STLLoftStyle.com for written authorization including a RMA#.

In the event you cancel your item while en route or if the package is considered "undeliverable" by the freight company at destination, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling cost back to the warehouse . Your credit card will be refunded minus the shipping cost plus a 25% restocking fee once it has been inspected at the warehouse.

Q: WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?

For non-custom items, your credit card will charged once your order has shipped. If you plan on purchasing a special/custom order item (custom color, size, configuration, etc..), 50% of your special order item cost will be reflected on your card within (3) business days of making your order. Custom orders are non-refundable / non-cancelable since these items are made to order. It is highly recommended that if you are looking for a custom color piece of furniture, please order color swatches prior to placing your order. If you are unsure whether your item is a "custom" color, please contact us. We will help!

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL?

In the event that your product arrives damaged from the freight company, you immediately write down any and all "EXCEPTIONS" on the Delivery Receipt. Please do this prior to the carrier leaving. Our freight is insured and you have every right to file a freight claim with the carrier if they did not handle your products properly. If you see visible damage to the cartons or the product, you can choose to (1) keep the product and file a claim (ask for a claim form from the driver), or (2) refuse the product and have it sent back to the manufacturer. It is best to document any problems with a digital camera if possible. If you wish to decline a replacement, a 25% restocking fee will be assessed once the item has been received by the warehouse.

Q: WHO DO I NEED TO SPEAK WITH CONCERNING WARRANTY ISSUES?

After 30 days, it is the responsibility of the manufacturer(s) to replace or repair your purchase against manufacturer's defect. We will be pleased to give you any of our manufacturers contact information concerning any warranty issues. Please e-mail or call us.

Q: DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

Sales tax is charged to Missouri residents only.

Q: DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

We offer free curbside shipping for all orders to every order within the 48 continuous United States. UPS and Fedex usually deliver to your front door.

Q: WHEN DO MY ITEMS SHIP?

For in-stock items, these pieces will generally ship out in 7-21 days. Freight shipments may take longer.

Custom orders will generally take 8-12 weeks. We will make every effort, humanly possible to keep you "in the loop."Though our site lists several items that come in a "stocked color", there is still chance that your item may be sold out due to its popularity. Another factor you may consider is that due to the amount of orders, there is also a chance that even if item is backordered and due to arrive at "X" time, that this shipment may be pre-sold prior to it coming into the warehouse. In the event that an item is backordered, we will contact you ASAP with an estimated delivery time. We will help!

Q: WILL ALL OF MY ITEMS COME ON THE SAME SHIPMENT?

If you ordered items from different manufacturers, your items will generally be delivered at different times. Please make yourself available for receiving these separate shipments. Q: DO YOU SUPPLY BULK DISCOUNTS ON MODERN FURNITURE IF I PURCHASE LARGE AMOUNTS OF FURNITURE AT ONE TIME?
